If you wish to cancel the service after successful payment, we will charge you the relevant handling fee and refund the remaining balance to you. The handling fee includes administration fee, appointment for online consultation with a doctor, etc.

- Personal protection should be observed throughout the testing process.
You may reschedule once, please give at least 3 days’ notice.
The staff responsible for reviewing the test results will inform you immediately to ensure that you are prepared for isolation. The results will be reported to the Centre for Health Protection of the Department of Health of Hong Kong. Your sample will be sent to the relevant government department for further examination.
